Moon Reopen Outdoors From 12 April

Prime Minister Boris Johnson has confirmed that restaurants, pubs, and cafes can reopen for outdoor dining in England from 12 April (unless restrictions prevent). This is great news for our customers who will be welcomed back to the moon! You will find some 6 seater benches with roofs as well as our marquee PLUS the paddock garden is having a NEW climbing frame and Bar & Grill makeover. Enjoy alfresco dining at the Half Moon, families and walkers welcome.

The weather may be inclement so best to wrap up warm. We will be open 12-9pm (other than earlier closing at 6pm on Sundays). Our dining menu will be available 12-3/6-8pm (12-4 on Sundays) from the 12th April onwards, until we can open indoors, at which point our opening hours will extend back to normal. Lets keep our fingers crossed for warm weather.

New for 2021 - the Meadow Maze! - nestled through our orchard and paddock you will find a maze cut through the long grass, perfect for exploring. What better reward than a pint of beer at the end.
